  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
  • 6 raw chicken breasts
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth

    Melt margarine in 11 x 14-inch pan.

    Spread rice over margarine.

    Place chicken breasts on rice.

    Sprinkle onion soup over chicken.

    Pour water and broth over all and bake covered 2 hours at 300°.

    Cooked and boned chicken can be used.

    Cook 1 hour at 300°.
