  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked
  • 1 1/3 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/3 cans water or chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut cooked chicken breasts into bite size pieces.

    Place in a 4-quart casserole dish.

    Add uncooked rice.

    Mix soup and water until well blended.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour over chicken and rice.

    Stir to blend.

    Bake at 375° for 50 minutes.
