  • 4 pieces chicken
  • 2 cups Minute Rice
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans beef consomme
  • 12 cup flour
  • salt and pepper
  • oil (for frying)

Directions

    Salt and pepper chicken.

    Lightly flour chicken.

    Fry chicken until brown on both sides.

    Put rice in bottom of casserole dish.

    Place chicken on top of rice.

    Pour in beef consomme.

    Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until chicken is done.
