- 1 12 cups long grain rice
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 34 cup milk
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 frying chicken, cut up
Directions

1Bring to a boil 2 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt

2Add rice and simmer until water is gone.

3Spread rice over bottom of pan.

4Place chicken over rice.

5Heat together mushroom and celery soups with milk.

6Pour soup mixture over chicken and rice.

7Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.

8Seal pan with foil.

9Bake 1-1/2 to 2 hours at 350 Degrees.
