- 2- 1/2 cups Uncooked Brown Rice (NOT Boil-in-bag)
- 1 pound Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 envelope (1 Oz. Size) Lipton Onion Soup
- 1/4 cups Chopped Carrots (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom and sides of a 9x13 baking dish.

2Spread uncooked rice evenly on bottom of dish.

3Top with chicken breasts.

4Spread soup over top of chicken.

5Fill empty soup can with water and add to the dish, using a fork to slightly mix in.

6Repeat with another 1/2 to 3/4 can water.

7Sprinkle soup mix on top.

8Add carrots for color if desired.

9Cover dish with foil.

10Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes.
