  • boneless breasts of chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. pale dry sherry (not cooking)
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced

Directions

    Saute sliced mushrooms and spread over chicken breasts in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
