- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing (I use cornbread)
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
- 2 to 3 c. chicken, cut up
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion (dried)
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of celery
- 1 can milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine dressing and oleo and place a little over half in the bottom of a casserole dish, reserving the rest.

2Mix together chicken, celery, water chestnuts, onion, cream of mushroom, cream of celery, milk, salt and pepper.

3Pour this mixture over dressing mixture and top with reserved crumbs.

4Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer. This can be made ahead and frozen.
