- 3/4 c. rice (raw)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 chicken or different chicken pieces
Directions

1Mix raw rice with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can water and package onion soup mix in a bowl; let set at least 1/2 hour. Transfer mixture into large cake pan; place pieces of chicken on top.

2Brush with melted butter; salt and pepper to taste.

3Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, depending on chicken.

4If rice appears dry before chicken is done, add a little water.

5Serve with a salad for a tasty meal!
