Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 8 chicken thighs, boneless skinless
  • 2 artichokes, hearts (I boiled mine, picked off the leaves and minced up the heart)
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 2 bacon, slices
  • 4 -6 mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

Directions

    In a casserole dish, mix up the minced artichokes, mayo, red pepper flakes and parmesan.

    Melt the butter and fry the garlic.

    Mix garlic in with the mayo mixture.

    Place chicken in the casserole.

    Spoon the mayo over top of the chicken.

    Mince the bacon and mushrooms.

    Place over the chicken.

    Cook @ 400 for 30-40 minute (till the bacon browns and chicken is cooked through.
