  • 1 (6 oz.) can boned chicken
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. instant parsley flakes
  • 3/4 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. bread crumbs, toasted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • mustard to taste

Directions

    Mix ingredients and roll into balls about the size of a marble. Makes about 20 balls.

    Dip in egg and bread crumbs.

    Chill.

    Toast at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
