- 1 1/2 Tbsp. instant parsley flakes
- 3/4 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. bread crumbs, toasted
- 1 egg, beaten
- mustard to taste
Directions

1Mix ingredients and roll into balls about the size of a marble. Makes about 20 balls.

2Dip in egg and bread crumbs.

4Toast at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
