- 1 (2 or 3 lb.) chicken
- 2 c. raw potatoes
- Tony Chachere seasoning
- flour
- salt and pepper
- jalapeno peppers
Directions

1Boil cut up chicken and potatoes in small amount of water with salt added.

2When chicken is tender, pull off bones and cut in small pieces.

3Add potatoes, peppers and Tony Chachere to taste. Form in balls, roll in flour and fry in fat.

4Drain and serve.
