  • 1 small size chicken
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can pork and beans
  • 1/3 c. grated cheese
  • 1/4 c. sliced red pimento

Directions

    Cut chicken; brown slightly in oil.

    In another pan, saute onion in butter.

    Add broth and chicken and cook for 10 minutes. Then add potato soup.

    Simmer until chicken is tender.

    When done, remove chicken and place in Pyrex dish.

    Set aside.
