- 8 piece Bell pepper
- 400 grams chicken breasts
- 200 grams mozzarella cheese
- 200 grams cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp piri sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup cooking butter
Directions

1Boil chicken for 15 minutes

2De-seed bell peppers

3Shred chicken.

4Melt butter and brush the bell peppers from inside with melted butter.

5Put aside bell peppers, while u prepare chicken.

6Put remaining butter in a pan and add shredded chicken, piri sauce, salt, black pepper and garlic powder.

7Stir fry for 5minutes.

8Shred the mozzarella and cheddar cheese separately

9Now put the layer of mozzarella cheese in bell peppers.

10Add another layer of chicken.

11And repeat till bell peppers are almost full.

12Put the Cheddar cheese at the top and sprinkle some garlic powder over it

13Pre heat oven at 230.

14Put bell peppers in oven for 20 minutes or till the cheese get golden.

15You can add more Cheddar cheese during baking.
