- 1 cup basmati rice, uncooked, rinsed
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seed

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. minced gingerroot
- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1-3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
Directions

1Place rice in medium bowl.

2Add enough cold water to cover rice.

3Let stand 10 min.

4Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.

5Add cumin seed; cook and stir 30 sec.

6Stir in onions, garlic and ginger; cook 5 min.

7or until crisp-tender, stirring constantly.

8Add chicken and ground cumin; cook and stir 2 min.

9Drain rice.

10Add to chicken mixture with all remaining ingredients except yogurt; mix well.

11Bring to boil; cover.

12Simmer on low heat 22 to 24 min.

13or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

14Serve topped with yogurt.
