- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 6 to 8 chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 to 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 (7 oz.) cans diced chilies
- 1 c. sharp cheese
Directions

1Heat oil in frypan over medium heat.

2Add chicken and brown well.

3As chicken browns, place sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, flour, garlic and seeded peppers in blender and blend until smooth.

4When chicken is browned, transfer to a 13 x 9-inch casserole.

5Add onions to frypan and cook until limp.

6Spoon onions and canned chilies over chicken, then pour sour cream mixture over chicken.
