  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 6 to 8 chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 to 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 (7 oz.) cans diced chilies
  • 1 c. sharp cheese

Directions

    Heat oil in frypan over medium heat.

    Add chicken and brown well.

    As chicken browns, place sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, flour, garlic and seeded peppers in blender and blend until smooth.

    When chicken is browned, transfer to a 13 x 9-inch casserole.

    Add onions to frypan and cook until limp.

    Spoon onions and canned chilies over chicken, then pour sour cream mixture over chicken.
