1Boil leg quarters until tender.

2Take chicken off the bones. Two cups of chicken broth per cup of rice.

3Salt and pepper according to taste.

4Bring rice to a boil.

5Cut down heat to low and cook rice 35 minutes.

6Be sure to add chicken back to rice before cooking rice.
