- 2 pkg. bacon
- 1 white onion
- 9 tsp. black pepper
- 3 tsp. salt
- 8 chicken breast fillets
- 2 pkg. smoked sausage
- 3 lb. white or yellow rice
- 2 tsp. meat tenderizer
Directions

1Fry bacon in big pot.

2When done, leave grease in pot and add water until pot is 1/2 full.

3Bring to a boil.

4Cut up onion; place into boiling water.

5Add 7 teaspoons pepper and 3 teaspoons salt.

6Add chicken and boil until done.

7Cut sausage and place into boiling water.

8Wait 20 minutes and add rice, 2 teaspoons pepper and meat tenderizer.

9Cook until rice is done and enjoy a southern meal.
