- 3 lb. chicken, cut up
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. cardamon
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 small onions, sliced thin
Directions

1Wash and dry chicken.

2On a sheet of waxed paper, mix together the spices.

4In skillet, melt butter. Add chicken and broth.

5Sprinkle with garlic and onions.

6Cover tightly and simmer about 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
