  • chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
  • olive oil
  • onion
  • mushrooms
  • seasoned salt
  • lemon pepper or your favorite seasoning

Directions

    Place a small amount (1 to 2 tablespoons) olive oil in a frying pan.

    Wash and pat chicken breast dry.

    Place in hot oil and brown on both sides.

    Slice onion and slice fresh mushrooms over chicken. Lower heat and cover until done, 15 to 20 minutes.

    Very good over rice.
