- chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
- olive oil
- onion
- mushrooms
- seasoned salt
- lemon pepper or your favorite seasoning
Directions

1Place a small amount (1 to 2 tablespoons) olive oil in a frying pan.

2Wash and pat chicken breast dry.

3Place in hot oil and brown on both sides.

4Slice onion and slice fresh mushrooms over chicken. Lower heat and cover until done, 15 to 20 minutes.

5Very good over rice.

6Low-fat, but oh! so good!!
