  • 4 large pieces chicken breast halves
  • a little salt and pepper
  • butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can water

Directions

    Arrange in baking dish the chicken; baste with a little butter.

    Brown in 400° oven about 3/4 hour, turning every 15 minutes.

    Combine soup and water; pour over chicken.

    Cover with foil, reduce heat to 325° and bake 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours longer. Serve over rice.
