  • 6 medium-size chicken breasts, boiled, washed and patted dry
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 4 large shallots, minced
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. freshly chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • fresh coriander or parsley (garnish)
