- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 14 cup all-purpose flour
- 34 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions

1Mix tomato topping ingredients in medium bowl.

2Cover and refrigerate until serving time.

3Pound each chicken breast between plastic wrap until 1/4 inch thick.

4Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and pepper.

5Beat egg and milk in shallow bowl with fork until blended.

6Spread flour on shallow plate.

7Spread bread crumbs on another shallow plate.

8Coat chicken with flour then dip into egg mixture and coat with bread crumbs.

9Heat 2 Tbl oil over medium-high heat.

10Reduce heat to medium.

11Add chicken; cook 10 to 15 minutes, turning once until crumbs are goldem brown and chicken is no longer pink in center.

12Serve tomato topping over chicken.
