- 5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 small head cabbage, cut in wedges
- 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. granular chicken bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Arrange cabbage wedges in deep 3-quart baking dish.

2Top with half the onion rings and water.

3Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of bouillon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper.

4Place chicken breast on top and add remaining onion rings.

5Sprinkle with remaining bouillon, nutmeg and pepper. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove cover and adjust oven to 375° and bake for 15 minutes more or until chicken is brown and fork-tender.
