Chicken Cabbage Rolls

- 1 head Cabbage
- 1 lb Ground Chicken (already browned with garlic, salt and pepper)
- 10 oz Cooked Jasmine Rice (cooked in chicken broth)
- 1/2 cup Grated Asiago Cheese
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 1 medium Carrot, diced
Directions

1Core as much of the cabbage before steaming the whole head.

2Do not remove the outer leaves.

3As the leaves soften, remove them one at a time and set them aside to cool.

4Process will take thirty to forty minutes.

5When cabbage has cooled, use a paring knife to pare the thick base of the cabbage leaf and dispose.

6Stuff each cabbage leaf and roll.

7Place rolls seam side down in a baking dish that has some chicken broth on the bottom and a small amount of the sauce.

8Cover loosely with foil and bake 35- 40 minutes in a 400F oven.

9Serve over a pool of sauce.

10Garnish with fresh basil or parsley or chives and bacon bits
