  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. dry wine (white or red)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
