- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. dry wine (white or red)
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
