  • 13 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus extra
  • 14 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 ounces cooked spaghetti
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 13 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 -5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 14 lb sliced mushrooms
  • 15 ounces marinara sauce
  • 4 ounces ham, cut in strips
  • 12 cup chicken broth
  • 1 t.. basil leaves
  • 14 teaspoon oregano
  • mozzarella cheese

    Grease 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.

    In a large bowl, beat 1/3 cup Parmesan, egg, butter and milk until blended.

    toss with spaghetti, put in casserole.

    Coat chicken with flour.

    Cook in oil on medium high heat until it is done.

    Remove chicken to plate.

    Saute onions and mushrooms for 3 minutes.

    Add marinara, chicken, ham, broth, spices.

    Cook 10 minutes.

    Spoon over spaghetti mixture.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake, covered, 350 for 30-40 minutes.
