  • 1-1/2 qt. croutons, coarsely crushed
  • 2-1/4 cups Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing, divided
  • 1-1/2 cups bacon bits
  • 6 doz. mini ciabatta sandwich buns
  • 72 each Small leaf lettuce leaves

    Combine chicken, croutons, 3/4 cup (175 mL) dressing (or 2 Tbsp.

    [30 mL] dressing for trial recipe) and bacon just until blended.

    Use a #30 scoop to portion mixture into 1.5 oz (45 g) patties.

    Make a slight depression in top of each patty to keep them flat while cooking.

    Refrigerate until ready to use.

    For each serving: Cook 3 patties on griddle on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min.

    Alternately, patties can be seared on both sides, then baked in 400F (200C) standard oven 10 min.
