- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (8 halves)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can dry white wine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. chopped cashews
Directions

1Brown chicken in butter and oil.

2Place in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

3In the browning pan, add remaining ingredients except paprika.

4Pour over chicken.

5Sprinkle with paprika.

6Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.

7Serve with rice and garnish with cashews and mushrooms (optional).
