  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 6 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 1/2 pound salted cashews
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can Chinese noodles
  • 1 c. fresh snow peas
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)

Directions

    Saute/fry onion, snow peas and celery in butter.

    Combine onion, snow peas, celery, chicken, cashews, soup and broth; place in casserole dish.

    Store covered in the refrigerator overnight.

    Before baking sprinkle noodles over the top.

    Bake 30 min at 375 degrees.
