  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut in pieces
  • enough oil to brown chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 to 1 c. shredded Co-Jack cheese
  • 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing

Directions

    Brown chicken in pan.

    Stir in chicken soup with milk. Transfer to casserole dish.

    Sprinkle cheese over chicken/soup mixture.

    Prepare stuffing according to package.

    Spread on top of cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
