  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli (prepare as directed on package)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. seasoned Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 lb. margarine (1 stick)

Directions

    Cook chicken until done; cut up and save stock.

    Grease casserole dish and place chicken in bottom.

    Cover with broccoli. Mix chicken soup with 1 cup of chicken stock, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.

    Pour over chicken and broccoli.

    Sprinkle dressing over all.

    Drizzle with melted butter.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or at 300° for 30 minutes.
