Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked deboned chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 soup can milk
  • approximately 3/4 small bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2/3 c. chicken broth

Directions

    Cook chicken until done. Tear into small pieces and line the bottom of a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

    Mix chicken soup with milk.

    Pour over chicken. Put stuffing on top of soup mixture. Melt 1/2 stick of margarine and mix with 2/3 cup chicken broth. Pour over stuffing.

    Bake for approximately 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
