- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Stuffing Mix
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 can water chestnuts, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender. Cool. Remove meat from bone in small chunks.

2Place in greased casserole dish.

3Mix 1/2 cup milk with 1 can of chicken soup.

4Pour over chicken.

5Sprinkle water chestnuts over chicken.

6Pour 1/2 cup chicken broth over cornbread stuffing mix and stir.

7Put on top of casserole and bake at 350° for about 50 minutes.
