Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Stuffing Mix
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil chicken until tender. Cool. Remove meat from bone in small chunks.

    Place in greased casserole dish.

    Mix 1/2 cup milk with 1 can of chicken soup.

    Pour over chicken.

    Sprinkle water chestnuts over chicken.

    Pour 1/2 cup chicken broth over cornbread stuffing mix and stir.

    Put on top of casserole and bake at 350° for about 50 minutes.
