  • 3 whole chicken breasts
  • 1 carrot (large dice)
  • 1 onion (large dice)
  • 1 rib celery (large dice)
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag herb seasoned mix (Pepperidge Farm)

Directions

    Boil chicken, onion, carrot, celery and bouillon cubes in water to cover until chicken test tender.

    Remove chicken from broth.
