- 4 chicken breasts
- 3/4 box Minute rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. milk
- chicken broth
Directions

1Stew chicken until tender.

2Remove skin and debone; dice meat. Save broth.

3Place rice in bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.

4Cover with 1 cup broth and diced chicken.

5Pour a blended mixture of the 2 cans of soup and milk over the chicken.

6Heat butter and 1/4 cup broth until butter melts.

7Mix in the stuffing mix; spread evenly over casserole.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until browned. Serves 6 to 8.
