- 2 to 3 whole chicken breasts
- 1 bunch broccoli or frozen spears
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook breasts in salted water with onion.

2Save broth.

3Spray or butter 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.

4Separate chicken into pieces to cover bottom of pan.

5Layer broccoli spears on top.

6Mix soup and rice with milk.

7Pour over steamed chicken and broccoli.

8Mix stuffing mix and one cup broth.

9Toss together then place on top of casserole.

10Add Cheddar cheese to top.

11Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
