Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken (4 breasts or use breast, legs and thighs to equal 2 lb.)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1/2 box frozen peas
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing

Directions

    Bake chicken for 1 hour at 350°.

    Remove from bone; cut or tear into small thin strips.

    Put chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and sour cream into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Prepare stuffing according to directions on box.

    Spread or drop stuffing on top of chicken mixture.

    Bake for 30 minutes more.
