- 2 lb. chicken (4 breasts or use breast, legs and thighs to equal 2 lb.)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 box frozen peas
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing
Directions

1Bake chicken for 1 hour at 350°.

2Remove from bone; cut or tear into small thin strips.

3Put chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and sour cream into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Prepare stuffing according to directions on box.

6Spread or drop stuffing on top of chicken mixture.

7Bake for 30 minutes more.
