- 4 to 6 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless), cooked and cut up
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. Bisquick
- margarine, melted
- 3/4 c. milk
- sliced carrots and frozen peas, as desired (optional)
Directions

1Place cut up chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Spread soups over chicken.

3Add optional carrots and peas.

4Add broth over this.

5Mix melted margarine, Bisquick and milk together. Beat until well mixed.

6Pour over chicken and gently spread around.

7Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until brown crust forms.

8Serve over rice.

9Makes 6 to 8 servings.
