Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can creamed mushroom soup
  • 1 c. fine spaghetti, broken and uncooked
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 c. diced onions
  • bread crumbs to cover
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 3 c. cooked, diced chicken
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix broth and soup.

    Add spaghetti, eggs, cheese and mushrooms.

    Fold in chicken and broccoli.

    Pour into greased 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan.

    Top with crumbs coated with margarine.

    Store in refrigerator overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
