  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 2 tsp. poppy seed

Directions

    Cook chicken until tender in oven.

    Remove bones and chop coarsely.

    Mix together the soups and sour cream.

    Pour over chopped chicken.

    Crush crackers and mix with poppy seed.

    Top with cracker mixture.

    Pour melted margarine over crackers.

    Bake for 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
