  • 1 small can Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 can chow mein noodles
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 large fryer, cut up and cooked with 3 stalks celery

    Put soup with milk in large bowl.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Pour in buttered casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
