- 3 large chicken breasts
- 1 small onion
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. sage
- 3 ribs celery
- 1 beaten egg
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook chicken tender in 1 1/2 cups water (save broth).

2Cool. Tear into bite size pieces and place in 10 x 10-inch casserole dish.

3Cover with cream of chicken soup (undiluted).

4Chop celery and onion.

5Saute in 2 tablespoons butter until tender.

6Cool. Mix with broth from chicken, beaten egg, sage, salt and pepper. Add this mixture to enough chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing to make desired consistency.

7Top casserole with it.

8Bake in a 350° oven until golden brown.
