Chicken Casserole

  • 4 - 6 cooked chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tubes of Ritz crackers
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine

Directions

    Cook chicken, cut into medium pieces and put in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

    Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken pieces.

    Crush Ritz crackers, put on top and then spoon melted margarine on top.

    Bake at 350° about 40 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Serve over cooked rice.
