- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
- 1 1/2 c. corn bread crumbs
- 1 c. loaf bread crumbs
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Cook chicken in salted water until tender.

2Remove meat from bones.

3Combine bread crumbs, onion and about half of the eggs and chopped giblets in large mixing bowl.

4Pour broth over ingredients and mix well.

5Pour mixture into baking dish.

6Place chicken and remaining eggs on top.

7Pour soup over chicken.

8Bake about 20 minutes in a 350° oven.
