  • chicken breasts, thighs or legs
  • 1 c. rice (uncooked)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Directions

    Mix together rice, milk and soups. Spread in bottom of large baking dish. Lay chicken on top. Bake at 350° for 2 hours, covered.
