  • 12 corn tortillas (medium)
  • 2 c. shredded chicken (precook in water)
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 c. onions, chopped and sauteed until clear
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can chopped chillies, drained
  • 1 can chicken broth

Directions

    Layer 1/2 of each:

    torn tortillas, chicken, cheese and soup mixture (then second layer).

    Top with cheese.

    Pour chicken broth over top and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Add 1/2 cup of hot salsa for extra spicy.
