Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook the chicken until tender, drain and cut into bite-size pieces.

2Set aside.

3Cook broccoli until tender-crisp and place in buttered casserole dish.

4Scatter chicken over the broccoli.

5Mix the soup with mayonnaise and lemon juice and spread over chicken. Mix melted butter with the bread crumbs.

6Spread grated cheese over soup mixture and top all with the buttered crumbs.

7Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
