- 2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. flour
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1 sm. can chow mein Chinese noodles
- 1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 2 eggs
- 3 oz. almonds
Directions

1Boil chicken, debone and shred.

2Cook milk, flour and butter until thickened.

3Cool.

4Add chicken, noodles, mayonnaise, eggs and almonds.

5Stir together and bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes.
