  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1 sm. can chow mein Chinese noodles
  • 1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 oz. almonds

Directions

    Boil chicken, debone and shred.

    Cook milk, flour and butter until thickened.

    Cool.

    Add chicken, noodles, mayonnaise, eggs and almonds.

    Stir together and bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes.
