Ingredients

  • 5 lb. chicken breast, boiled and cut in pieces
  • 8 oz. small noodles, cooked in broth (save 1 c. broth in case mixture is too thick)
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 (2 oz.) can red pimento, drained
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. grated chunk Velveeta

Directions

    Saute celery and onion in butter.

    Add remaining ingredients. Add to cooked noodles and chicken.

    Bake at 350° long enough to brown.
