  • 8 chicken breasts, cooked
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 box Ritz crackers (Ritz Bits), crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted

Directions

    Line 9 x 13-inch pan with chicken (strips or pieces).

    Heat soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.

    Top with cracker crumbs mixed with poppy seed.

    Pour melted butter on top and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    This recipe will make two casserole dishes (one 9 x 13-inch and one smaller).

    If you make two, you can freeze one.

    Just don't put the cracker crumb mix and butter until you want to cook it.
