- 8 chicken breasts, cooked
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 box Ritz crackers (Ritz Bits), crushed
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
Directions

1Line 9 x 13-inch pan with chicken (strips or pieces).

2Heat soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.

3Top with cracker crumbs mixed with poppy seed.

4Pour melted butter on top and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

5This recipe will make two casserole dishes (one 9 x 13-inch and one smaller).

6If you make two, you can freeze one.

7Just don't put the cracker crumb mix and butter until you want to cook it.
